This young man loves everybody that he meets! He likes the cats that he has met but so far not fond of dogs. He is chatty, playful and a love but prefers to not be picked up.  He is a lap cat only when he chooses.

Mr. T was found outside and has made it clear that he would like to go out or escape if possible so he needs to be kept an eye on when doors are open and windows need to be kept secure.  He would love a catio option if possible.
